History
Before
there was Jaxon's there was Murray's department store. This
was a chain store on the Eastern Shore.

Below
is present day Jaxon's. In the 1970's the size of the building
doubled in width but as you can see from the face of the building
on the right hand side, the storefront from the original Murray's
business remains relatively intact.
